Built to Close a Structural Gap in Real Estate Advisory.

BrickVests was founded in 2024 to address a recurring gap in the real estate capital markets. Institutional grade financial modelling has historically required either a full in house finance team or a tier one investment bank. The first is out of reach for most sponsors below the largest funds. The second is priced for transactions an order of magnitude larger than the typical mid market deal.

The firm was built to deliver the same modelling standard, on a project basis, at a fraction of the cost. Every mandate is led by senior modellers with deep transactional experience across acquisitions, ground up development, value add repositioning, and structured capital vehicles.

The firm's core market is the United States, where it partners with private equity sponsors, family offices, developers, fund managers, and senior lenders. Mandates are also delivered globally on a project basis. The standard is consistent across every engagement: defensibility to an IC, a credit team, and a sophisticated LP. Where the model needs to be argued, it should be capable of being argued.

The firm operates as a long term partner rather than a transactional vendor. The majority of our engagement volume comes from clients we have worked with on multiple prior mandates.

Tahir leads BrickVests as Chief Executive Officer with over eleven years of industry experience in real estate financial modelling, underwriting, and capital structuring. He has personally delivered more than one hundred mandates across multifamily, mixed use development, industrial, manufactured home parks, and fund vehicles, with the largest single engagement valued at $250 million. Tahir is responsible for client engagement, model quality control, and the firm's research output.
